What can I expect from Magical Touch’s Window Cleaning service?

What about screens?

• For an extra charge we will clean all your screens. Why put a dirty screen back on your clean windows?

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

• Magical Touch recommends quarterly cleaning (every 3 months) or with the change of seasons. With this interval, your windows should stay relatively clean & unspotted because they are maintained. Windows are made of glass, which is in a liquid state.  If they are left dirty too long, the dirt can permanently etch into the glass.  Therefore it is ideal to have your windows washed 2-4 times a year.

How long will it take to clean my windows?

• This is a hard question to answer. There are many factors that determine the length of time it will take to do the job.

Do you have a rain guarantee?

• Rain does not spot clean glass.  Rain spots are caused by dirty glass.  If it does rain within 24 hours of your appointment, we will return to take care of any concerns you may have.
